SHIPPING + PAYMENTS
This website is for sale of goods only in India. We ship through registered courier companies or Speed Post in certain cases.
Domestic orders: delivered within 6-8 working business days of purchasing the item.
*Please note that Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays are not set as working days for standard deliveries.
Items saved in the cart do not guarantee a purchase. They are still available to other customers. To finalize your sale please check out. For payments made by Bank Transfer, Items will be confirmed only after final payment is received. You will receive a notification. Please make the payment within 24 hrs for the order to be processed.
All sales are Final. If you wish to cancel an order, inform us within 24 hrs. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
Items are securely packaged to prevent damage. We do not do exchanges or returns. Please do check product dimensions before purchasing. However each case will be handled at our discretion. If there are any issues, please contact us via the contact form within 48 hrs of receiving your order. We will reply within 48 hrs (on working days).
EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY
At Arura, we endeavour you have a smooth experience. As a policy, we do not offer exchanges or returns on products which are delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed. However, if the product doesn’t match the item in the invoice or has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect please contact us within 48 hrs. The item will need to be shipped back by the customer. Please keep your invoice handy.
Given the nature of our products, we reserve the sole discretion to provide the resolution to any situation as we deem fit. Each return or exchange request is handled on a case by case basis and we request you to get in touch with us for prompt resolution.
No refunds would be given if the customer has provided wrong or incomplete shipping address, there are 3 failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and/or the package is refused by the recipient.
All orders are processed from our own office in Mumbai, Maharashtra. Orders will be delivered to the shipping address mentioned at checkout. Please enter if shipping address is different from the Billing address. We will not be responsible for items shipped to wrongly given addresses.
TRACKING YOUR PACKAGE
Orders that have been processed and shipped can be tracked using the consignment/tracking number on the shipping agency’s website. Once your order is shipped, we will mail you your tracking number along with information about the shipping agency. You can also track your order status on our web boutique, from the “Order Status” link under “Customer Assistance” in the website footer.
Shipping and handling rates vary based on the product, its size and volume, the packaging used and the shipping destination. You will see the final shipping and handling charges at the time of checkout after you provide the shipping address for your order. Please choose the correct option.
There are 3 options. Mumbai, Rest of Maharashtra and Rest of India.
NON-AVAILABILITY ON DELIVERY
Please make sure someone is available for delivery. Also do provide a number so you may be intimated.

For shipping to India, we accept all major debit & credit cards (including Mastercard and Visa and also provide Net Banking options across major banks.
